§1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "84jl," "We," "Us," "Our," "Platform" refers to 84jl Casino and its online gaming platform accessible at 84jl.cam.
• "Player," "You," "Your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 84jl platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered account held by a Player on the 84jl platform.
• "Services" refers to all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, payment processing, promotional programmes, and any other feature provided through 84jl.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance maintained within a Player's 84jl account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback, or other non-cashable incentives credited to a Player's account as part of a 84jl promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum play-through multiplier that must be met before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification processes required under applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and regulatory laws.

References to "including" are not limiting. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

§2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for or use a 84jl account. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as established under PAGCOR's licensing framework. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 84jl reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account where the minimum age requirement is not satisfied.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

84jl's online gaming services are intended for use by individuals located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing or using 84jl does not violate the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located. 84jl does not provide services to players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To open a 84jl account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including a valid Philippine mobile number, a chosen username, and a secure password. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active 84jl account at any given time. Opening a second account — whether to circumvent a suspension, claim multiple welcome bonuses, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. 84jl uses automated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, 84jl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold balances pending investigation.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

84jl may require Players to complete identity verification at registration, at certain deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any time 84jl's compliance team determines verification is necessary. You agree to provide requested KYC documentation — which may include a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — within the timeframe specified by 84jl. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of account functionality including the processing of withdrawal requests.

§3 Account Security & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 84jl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform;
• Enable SMS OTP two-factor authentication through your account security settings;
• Log out of your 84jl account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Never disclose your password or OTP to any third party, including individuals claiming to represent 84jl support — 84jl staff will never ask for your password;
• Notify 84jl support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

84jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are valid is treated as authorised by you unless you have reported a suspected security breach in advance of the relevant activity.

§4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

84jl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and Bitcoin. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. 84jl does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific payment channel.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set per account tier and per payment method, and are displayed within the payment section of your 84jl account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are 15 to 60 minutes for verified accounts. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times outside 84jl's control. 84jl does not guarantee specific processing times and reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests that trigger compliance review criteria.

4.4 Player Funds and Real Money Policy

All funds deposited into your 84jl Wallet represent real money and are used solely to fund gameplay. 84jl does not pay interest on deposited funds. Funds held in your 84jl Wallet are not insured by any government deposit protection scheme. 84jl maintains player funds in segregated accounts in accordance with PAGCOR compliance requirements.

4.5 Withdrawal to Verified Channels

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. This policy is maintained for anti-money laundering compliance and player fund protection purposes.

§5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers made available to 84jl Players are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated to the Player at the time the offer is presented. By accepting any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to be bound by the specific terms applicable to that promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your 84jl account are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or winnings generated from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting rollover requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

84jl actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing low-risk or mathematically balanced bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising genuine gambling risk; colluding with other Players to exploit promotional structures; and any other conduct intended to extract value from 84jl's promotional programme without genuine play intent. Where bonus abuse is identified, 84jl reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or terminate the affected account.

5.4 Promotional Changes

84jl reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Players in respect of active bonus balances at the time of any change.

§6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered through 84jl — including JILI slots, live dealer tables, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game's interface, provider documentation, and applicable sports betting market rules. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules prevail for matters directly related to gameplay.

All slot and RNG-based game outcomes at 84jl use Random Number Generator technology that has been independently tested and certified for statistical fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures reflect the certified game configurations operating on the 84jl platform. §7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 84jl platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting another individual in circumventing the one-account policy;
• Using the 84jl platform to launder money or process proceeds from illegal activities;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or manipulate gameplay;
• Colluding with other Players, including at live dealer tables, to gain an advantage over the house or other participants;
• Making chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes against deposits made to 84jl;
• Abusing the bonus and promotional programme in violation of Section 5.3 of these Terms;
• Accessing the 84jl platform from a restricted jurisdiction;
• Engaging in any conduct that 84jl reasonably determines constitutes a threat to the integrity of its platform or its other Players.

§8 Responsible Gaming

84jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players who use the platform. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable and begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, 84jl provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 84jl account;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of how long your current gambling session has been active;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your ability to deposit and play for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your 84jl account and exclude yourself from re-registering for a defined period.

§9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 84jl platform — including but not limited to the 84jl brand name, logo, design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, software, and written content — is the property of 84jl Casino or its licensed game providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 84jl platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 84jl platform without prior written consent from 84jl Casino. Scraping, mirroring, or automated extraction of data from 84jl.cam is strictly prohibited.

§10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 84jl Casino shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the 84jl platform;
• Service interruptions, technical faults, or downtime outside of 84jl's reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, server outages, or force majeure events;
• Any third-party actions, including the conduct of payment processors, game providers, or other service partners;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Gambling losses incurred through legitimate gameplay on the 84jl platform.

Where 84jl's liability cannot be excluded by law, 84jl's total liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the amount of your net deposits to 84jl in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 84jl platform is provided "as is" and "as available." 84jl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, although 84jl takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform security and availability.

§11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by 84jl

84jl reserves the right to suspend your account immediately and without prior notice where 84jl has reasonable grounds to believe that: you have violated any provision of these Terms; your account is subject to a fraud or compliance investigation; a dispute exists regarding the rightful ownership of your account; or regulatory requirements necessitate the suspension of account activity.

11.2 Termination by 84jl

84jl may permanently terminate your account following investigation of a suspected serious breach of these Terms, including fraud, money laundering, prohibited conduct under Section 7, or misrepresentation at registration. Upon termination for cause, 84jl reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation and to report relevant activity to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities where legally required.

11.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your 84jl account at any time by contacting 84jl support via live chat. Upon account closure, any real money balance in your Wallet will be withdrawn to your verified payment channel after standard processing. Bonus Funds not subject to an active wagering commitment will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closure may not be processed immediately where the account is subject to an open bonus promotion, active withdrawal request, or pending compliance review.

§12 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute relating to your 84jl account, gameplay outcomes, bonus terms, or payment processing, you should first contact 84jl support via live chat with full details of your complaint. 84jl aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 7 business days of receiving all necessary information.

If you are not satisfied with 84jl's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. 84jl cooperates fully with PAGCOR's dispute resolution and investigative processes.

Disputes relating to the interpretation of these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process or PAGCOR escalation may be referred to the appropriate Philippine courts as provided under Section 14 (Governing Law).

§13 Amendments to These Terms

84jl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 84jl will provide reasonable notice to affected Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, or through a prominent notice on the 84jl platform, at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the 84jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using 84jl and may close your account as provided under Section 11.3. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at 84jl.cam/terms-conditions.

§14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

84jl's online gaming operations are conducted under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right you may have as a consumer under applicable Philippine law that cannot be excluded by contract.
